A database of existing capacity curves, fragility functions, damage-loss models and vulnerability functions for European building classes (classified using the GEM Building Taxonomy v3.1) has been collected as part of the SERA project. A new set of capacity curves, fragility functions, damage-loss models and vulnerability models covering a large number of vulnerability classes in the European exposure model have been developed. Access is provided to the vulnerability data that is stored in a GitLab repository, and the capacity, fragility and vulnerability data can be explored through an interactive viewer. Web services are also available for the implementation of automated access to the data and models. Technical details on the development of the vulnerability models can be found in the Documentation.
